Selling my custom 1978 Jeep CJ5. It is a fully built Jeep with everything. The engine is a AMC 304 with early Holley fuel injection. The transmission is a stock 4sd with granny low first gear backed up by a Dana model 20 transfer case with a Tera low gear set. It has a narrowed 9 inch Ford rear differential with a detroit soft locker and Mitchell axles. The front diff is a Dana 30 with a power locker. Brakes are power front disc with rear drums. 4 wheel micro lock e-brake. All newer seats and belts.. No rust in the tub or body parts. Custom built spare tire carrier with tow-bar, mounts in back when not in use, but when needed disconnects and mounts up front for tow behind. Rolling on 37” Super Swampers also has a Ramsey 8000lb winch, the list goes on. This Jeep was built for off road and is a ton of fun. It also comes with bikini top, a soft top and doors.
